Our mission

RISE advances opportunity, agency, and equality for workers in global supply chains, with a focus on women workers. With our partners, we develop the solutions and insights that enable workers and business to succeed and contribute to more inclusive societies and economies.

Our vision

Workers in global supply chains experience their inherent dignity through agency, gender equality and rights.

 

RISE partners have jointly deployed more than 7,000 training programs involving more than 5 million workers resulting in increased skills, knowledge, and confidence. We seek to scale and sustain action for women's empowerment and gender equality in global value chains.

Building resilient futures for global supply chains requires collective action, which RISE catalyzes through membership. RISE welcomes brands, buyers, and suppliers in the apparel, footwear and home textile industries as members.
