RISE Foundations is a 12-month workplace program focused on life-skills-development that builds factory workers’ confidence and capability. It combines mandatory modules on topics like problem solving, workers’ rights and self-management with a supplementary package that management can select based on workers’ needs and interests. This allows a deeper focus on either financial or mental and physical health. Workers leave the program with greater confidence, practical knowledge, and the ability to shape their own lives at work and at home.
