Women’s Advancement and Leadership
Many businesses set targets for promoting women from low-paid operator positions to supervisory roles. However, despite commitment, these targets often remain unmet and too narrow.
To co-design interventions that address key challenges and improve women’s prospects and agency, RISE consulted 132 women and men workers in India and Bangladesh and more than 80 industry stakeholders.
During this session, RISE members will highlight successes, identify gaps, and provide practical examples of how companies can incorporate insights into their strategies and commitments to support women’s advancement across their supply chains.
