We are delighted to invite RISE members to join the RISE Climate Resilience Working Group, a multi-stakeholder group to co-create practical responses to climate change in global supply chains.

We have heard directly from workers, brands, suppliers, and the wider industry that climate risks are not a future concern but are affecting workers' lives and livelihoods right now. From extreme heat and flooding to disrupted work and heightened inequalities, the impacts are complex and urgent. We are committed to being part of the solution.

The Working Group will be a space for industry collaboration: sharing knowledge, testing ideas, and ensuring that what we develop together is practical and aligned with wider strategies and initiatives. Members will have early access to key findings and tools, and a direct role in shaping outputs, including a factory-level Climate Resilience Program and toolkit, and an industry tool to help quantify the cost of climate inaction on workers and business.
