Findex data shows that if a woman is not financially included by age 24, the chances that she will ever be are dramatically lower. Closing the gender gap where it begins, in early adulthood, will require a robust supply of quality, tailored products, as well as the complementary services that help young women make meaningful use of them. This in turn requires contributions from across the financial services ecosystem to bring both the market- and non-market-based services needed to enable inclusion for all segments of this rapidly changing demographic.

Our Director, Programs, Isadora Loreto, will join the panel to explore how diverse commercial and social sector organizations are each playing vital roles to enable young women to derive maximum benefit from financial services, how this relates to serving broader demographics, and what more needs to be done to close the gender gap before it arises.
