This session will introduce a new practical toolkit developed by RISE and ETI in partnership with Dr Jane Pillinger to help companies strengthen their approaches to preventing and remediating gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in garment, footwear and textile supply chains.

The toolkit is grounded in gender-responsive human rights due diligence and has been shaped through engagement with industry stakeholders over the past year, including discussions at the OECD Forum in February. We would also like to sincerely thank all those who have engaged in the process and contributed their time, expertise, and valuable inputs to its development.

During the webinar, members will:

  • Gain an overview of the toolkit’s main components

  • Explore the Remediation Pathway, which offers step-by-step guidance for responding to GBVH cases

  • Hear directly from the authors on how the toolkit can support company action in practice

  • Learn what’s ahead and member engagement opportunities

This webinar is intended to help member companies understand how the toolkit can be applied to strengthen systems, processes, and responses related to GBVH across supply chains.
